For each website, answer the following questions:
1. How do you know that the author is credible?
2. How do you know the info is accurate?
3. Does the website seem biased? How so?
4. How do you know the website is current?
5. Is the website detailed enough? How do you know?
Anthem Final Test
Choose ONE question to answer in an essay (min 5 paragraphs).
1. Describe the use of propaganda in the book Anthem. (in order to get a four, you will need to talk about how the book itself is a form of propaganda).
2. How is the author’s philosophy of Objectivism obvious in the book?
3. Is Anthem a realistic portrayal of life in a totalitarian society? Compare the fictionalized society in Anthem to a real dictatorship, past or present.
4. Explain why Prometheus is an appropriate name for Equality 7-2521.
This essay must include a minimum of four quotes from the book (at least one must be from the beginning, one from the middle, and one from the end).
